Million Solar Roofs Program
DOE's Million Solar Roofs Program will award $630,000 in grants and

NICE3
NICE3 preproposals for the 2001 solicitation will be accepted
beginning January 1, 2001. NICE3 offers $500,000 grants from The Office of
Industrial Technologies (OIT), providing funding for project advancement
in energy efficiency and clean production technologies.
NIST's
Advanced Technology Program (ATP) Website

DOE Golden Field Office
Golden is the primary field organization for the Office

energy technologies. This information aims

The Grantsmanship Center
TGCI was founded in 1972 to offer grantsmanship
training and low-cost publications

first a local project in Los Angeles, TGCI expanded rapidly as word
of its alumni's success spread across the United States. Soon
organizations in other cities asked to host TGCI training programs
in their own communities. By 1980, TGCI was national in scope,
